HOTEL KARABO is marvelously placed, abstaining hardly 100 metres from the most secular and organized beach of Livadi (near Chora). Restaurants, shops, bakeries and cafes are next to the beach as well as a bus station from where you can take the municipality’s bus and visit Chora and all of Astypalaias sights.
Regarding our traditional hotel please quote that it consists of 13 rooms and 4 studios (capacity about 45 persons). All rooms are equipped with air-condition, TV-nova, telephone, Wi-Fi, mini-bar, kitchen, refrigerator, safe-box, bathroom with amenties and have a big individual balconet or veranda. Furthermore, our rooms are decorated with beautiful landscapes, traditional wooden handmade beds (made in Astypalaia),reading lamps in forms of shells and with two tables (with chairs) one inside the room and one on the balcony. There are also papers of correspondence, card postals, backgammons and last but not least mosquito appliances! We have also a huge room which can be used as a gym, where you can also play ping-pong or use the football tables.
As we have taken care of every detail in our hotel, even in our outdoor spaces, our garden is enchanted by an enormous variety of flowers and ornamental plants. The palm trees, our beautiful banana trees, bougainvilleas and night flowers will amaze you and furthermore while relaxing surrounded by the lighted candles enjoy your drink.
Last but not least, there is right beside the hotel a free parking space , in case you take your own car.
