Alegria Villas are being expanded and upgraded
A combination of hard work and being blessed with such a splendid clientele over the past four years we are now in a position to inform you that we are presently in the process of creating an additional four exquisite holiday homes.
The new villas are situated in the same grounds, (6,000 sq.m.) a beautiful, tranquil, natural environment with Olive Groves, Pine , Cypress and Banana trees and Bougainvillea next to the sea. They are on ground floor level with basement and totally independent. They have been built with traditional Zakynthian architecture in stone (all materials are ecological) but with modern equipment. They also consist of private parking , an 800 sq. m. garden, private swimming pool, barbecue and an ecological playground for the children. They have a capacity of at least four persons and consist of bedroom, living room with fireplace, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary electrical appliances. There is also satellite TV, air conditioning in all rooms and free Wi-Fi.

The verandas overlook the olive groves and the sea which is the domain of the famous sea-turtle Caretta-Caretta. The four new homes "Iris", "Melissa", "Olivia" and "Daphne" have been created to meet the needs of even the most demanding families. They will be in operation in May 2015.
